Nicci Driscoll

Nicci Driscoll has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She graduated from Sellwood Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training program in March of 2016. Blending her love for the human anatomy and knowledge she has gained over the past 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist she is excited for her new journey as a yoga instructor. Nicci’s love for yoga also extends to creating a happy and safe environment for students to practice. She approaches her yoga classes in a light-hearted but focused manner.

As an L.M.T. Nicci has cultivated a unique style of practice taken what she loves from the many modalities she has studied over the years (Thai Massage, Ayurveda, Active Release Therapy, and Swedish are just a few). She has worked alongside chiropractors , naturpathic doctors, midwives and doulas. She has a small private practice in Sellwood.

Instructor — Ashley Nipp

Movement has always been an essential part of Ashley’s life through team sport, but it wasn’t until she began practicing yoga 12 years ago what she truly began to understand the profound effects that movement has on the mind-body connection. She brings humor and thoughtful instruction to her classes, while emphasizing choice and the importance of listening to one’s own body. It truly is the best guide!
Ashley completed her 200 hour training through the Sellwood Yoga Teacher Training program in 2016, and has since gone on to focus on the deep and healing practice of restorative yoga. The benefits that slowing down and taking in good deep breaths while in stillness can have transformative effects to counter our fast-paced and over-stressed lives.
