Let your Breath guide you to a space of peace and balance.

When we breathe consciously with intention, our inner wisdom is given the space to do what it knows to do; heal, balance and revitalize us. In this gentle breathing process, held in a supportive accepting space, you get to welcome everything that comes to you as you breathe, with kindness and compassion. As a result, the body/mind becomes more relaxed and receptive to positive change.

Instructor — Margaret Townsend

Margaret Townsend has been practicing as a certified breathwork facilitator since 1993 and is also a certified Hakomi body-centered psychotherapy practitioner. Her focus on body awareness grew through her work as a Shiatsu and Reiki practitioner and a teacher of dance, yoga and fitness over the past 30 years. She brings a wide range of experience to her individual and group sessions that include her studies in Qi Gong, Nonviolent Communication, spirituality and meditation practices.
