Instructor — Yoshi Kardell

Yoshi Kardell enjoys guiding people to connect with a sense of peace, balance, and acceptance through their yoga practice that can have lasting benefits. She enjoys studying and teaching a range of styles of yoga, including restorative and vinyasa, with a focus on dynamic movement and fluid transitions. Inspired by her experience with pregnancy and the birth of her son, she is passionate about supporting women and families around childbirth and the transition to parenthood. Also, due to her work with the disability community over the past 18 years, she has a strong commitment to making yoga accessible to people of all abilities. 

In addition to completing a 200-hour teacher training program and prenatal teacher training, Yoshi has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula.
