Pam aims to provide a welcoming and mindful yoga experience that is accessible to all, for those who are exploring yoga for the first time as well as for those with experience. By offering choices, encouraging body awareness and acceptance, and teaching with gentle humor, she creates a safe and comfortable space for everyone.
Pam became convinced of yoga’s physical and mental benefits more than 25 years ago and regularly devoted time to her personal practice. Wanting to delve more deeply into the principles and practice of yoga, she completed Sellwood Yoga’s 200-hour teacher training program in 2016. She delights in the ongoing exploration of yoga with her students.
