As a fitness professional and cancer survivor, KC Carlberg believes that exercise should not only be an enjoyable experience, but it is also necessary in order to realize a greater quality of life. Consistency is the key to success.
KC teaches proper form and technique to maximize time and energy in order to get fit, lose weight, and gain muscle. She strives to motivate, empower, and support her clients to create balance in all aspects of their lives, so they can successfully achieve their goals.
She truly enjoys all sports—biking, swimming, running, golf, tennis, and hiking. She’s been participating in triathlons for the past 28 years, winning several age group awards in sprint, Olympic, and ½ Ironman distance events.
