Anatomy is better with repetition! Has it been a minute since you thought about hip extension and flexion or about which muscles stabilize your shoulders? Wondering which direction external hip rotation goes and which muscles control that? This weekend refresher is an opportunity to review or relearn basic anatomy and gain a general understanding of how muscles groups move joints. You’ll be able to describe yoga poses using western anatomy terms and have a general sense of which muscles groups are working and which might be stretching in common yoga poses.
