Perhaps you’ve heard that  strength is important as people age and wonder what if yoga will work for this.  Maybe you want to get stronger in your yoga practice but don’t know how – perhaps you’ve done chaturanga with your knees down and want to advance.  Perhaps you wonder if  your yoga practice counts as strength building.  This focused anatomy refresher weekend addresses these questions.  You’ll get an understanding of how to build strength for and during your yoga practice and in your life.  If you want to get stronger -or want to teach people how to get stronger in their practice – this weekend is for you
