This deep dive reviews the bones, major muscles & connective tissues of the upper back, shoulder and chest. After discussing the mechanics of arm and shoulder movement, we’ll review ways to strengthen and mobilize your shoulder, chest and upper back and apply these concepts to yoga poses.
