Learn how to teach a mixed levels, inclusive, and approachable style of Gentle and Restorative Yoga that includes deep and supported relaxation, compassionate and attuned listening, and therapeutic healing and resiliency. As well as how to weave into those classes contemporary mindfulness and breathing skills .
Experiment with clusters of poses so that you understand how offering choices empowers your students to adapt the practice to their current needs and situation.
Immerse yourself in an environment where you can learn from the experiences of others and share how restorative yoga feels to you, both as a practitioner and as an instructor.
Recognize how being able to hold space compassionately and wholeheartedly is essential to teaching, and learn techniques that will help you stay centered, connected, responsive, and intuitive.

Be adaptive in how you teach restorative yoga based on the props (of lack thereof) at your disposal.
Receive guidance from a Mindfulness Instructor on how to use body scans, meditation, visualization, and practical mindfulness into your Gentle and Restorative sequencing.
