In this immersion, we’ll cover anatomy basics—the bones, joints, and muscles of your shoulder and upper back. In this combination of lecture and movement, you’ll enhance your understanding of the different functions of the muscle groups that flex, extend, and rotate your shoulder We’ll apply this awareness to common yoga poses, enhancing your understanding of your practice. Part discussion and part practical experience, there will be ample time for questions.
