Celebrate the new year and set yourself up for the best year yet!
During this two day immersion, we will practice yoga both to help us reenergize and focus, as well as to listen more inwardly and reflect. Combining yoga with mindfulness and breathing practices, you will have opportunities to focus on yourself and what lies ahead in the new year.
We will also hear from guest instructors, who will share their insights, tips, and tricks to help you continue to stay on track in areas of your life where your are thriving and flourishing, as well as identify places where you could benefit from more support, healing, and attention. The guest panel will include people with expertise in nutrition, therapy, coaching, energy work, and more.
