This immersion delves into the anatomy of the legs, abs, and hips. We’ll combine lecture and movement, so that you can feel the different muscle groups working as you learn about them. With time to discuss and practice the different ways our core muscles can stabilize our yoga postures, you’ll enhance your understanding of your balance. In this playful, practical workshop, there will be time for questions and discussion.
