300 Hour Advanced Studies Yoga Teacher Training Program

Our Advanced Studies Teacher Training Program (300 hour) is led by Maria Williquette and Savonn Wyland with additional material taught by Bill Wyland, Rosey Wyland, Annie Kobliska Becker, and other guest instructors.

The program is designed modularly with weekend intensives intended for yoga teachers who have already completed a 200 hour program. Once enrolled in the program, you will be matched with your mentor. The mentorship component is an integral part helping to create more relevant customization, greater support, and further individualized attention.

150 Hour Advanced Studies Deep Dive for Yoga Students

Are you interested in taking your understanding and practice of yoga to the next level but don’t feel interested in teaching or taking on the time commitment of our 200 or 300 hour teacher training programs? If so, our “Deep Dive” Track is for you.

This program allows you to take one of the Advanced Studies Immersion Weekends as well as at least 130 hours of weekend intensives and/or a combination of weekend intensives + workshops at your own pace without needing to do homework, teach, or complete mentorship hours.

200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program

Whether you’re interested in developing a career as a yoga teacher or simply deepening your personal practice, you will come away from Sellwood Yoga’s 200-hour Teacher Training with a stronger connection to your body, mind, spirit, and community, and the ability to start teaching right away.

10 Hour Kids Yoga Teacher Training Program

Join sisters Rosey and Annie for a kid’s yoga teacher training that will prepare you well for teaching kids yoga in a variety of settings (ex. schools, yoga studios, enrichment programs, therapeutic settings).

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Developed by author/researcher Jon Kabat-Zinn, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction practices reduce the physical and emotional symptoms of stress. Participants typically report lasting improvements in their relationships at home and at work and a greater sense of inner calm and confidence when facing life’s challenges.

During the course of an eight-week series, students will learn practical, user-friendly skills to deepen relaxation and improve health and resilience in the midst of everyday life challenges. You will also be given lots of guidance and support for establishing your own home practice in a schedule that suits your lifestyle.
