Instructor — Nicci Driscoll

Nicci Driscoll has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She graduated from Sellwood Yoga’s 200 hour teacher training program in March of 2016. Blending her love for the human anatomy and knowledge she has gained over the past 12 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist she is excited for her new journey as a yoga instructor. Nicci’s love for yoga also extends to creating a happy and safe environment for students to practice. She approaches her yoga classes in a light-hearted but focused manner.

As an L.M.T. Nicci has cultivated a unique style of practice taken what she loves from the many modalities she has studied over the years (Thai Massage, Ayurveda, Active Release Therapy, and Swedish are just a few). She has worked alongside chiropractors , naturpathic doctors, midwives and doulas. She has a small private practice in Sellwood.

Instructor — Ashley Nipp

Ashley began practicing yoga 10 years ago and completed the Sellwood Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training program in March 2016. She brings humor and thoughtful instruction to her classes while emphasizing choice and the importance of listening to one’s own body. It truly is the best guide!

Movement has always been an essential part of her life, and growing up she could be found on either a pair of ice skates, roller blades, or swinging a softball bat. It wasn’t until she began taking yoga classes that she truly began to understand the profound effects that movement has on the mind-body connection, and it has been a meaningful part of her life ever since. She is excited to share her passion for yoga and joy of movement with her students!
