Burnout, fatigue, frustration, depression, questions of self-worth, indecisiveness, and confusion—these are all symptoms of giving away our energy. This is something most of us do every single day, especially during the holiday season, when we’re around those closest to us. What if you could get all of those pieces of yourself back? What if you could still give love to the people you care about without draining your own energy in the process?

You don’t have to sacrifice yourself and your energy to be compassionate. You can be in your own energetic space and still give without limits. But that starts by knowing what your space looks like. Together, we’ll focus on harnessing and protecting our own energy, so we can learn to give ourselves without losing ourselves along the way, as well as shield ourselves from the “energy vampires” in our lives.

In this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • What it feels like to be in your own energetic space
  • How to decipher your own energy from that of others
  • The ways we give our energy away and how to reclaim it
  • Best practices for protecting and shielding your energy, especially during the holidays
  • How to stand in your own energetic space and still give with compassion

Instructor — Jessica Lyda

As an Energy Healer and the founder of Genuine Conversations Media, Jessica Lyda uses breath work, chakra clearing, muscle testing, body charts, transformative activities, and more to connect people to their bodies and inner truth.

Jessica was led to become an Energy Healer after experiencing the magic firsthand while battling with chronic sickness and burnout.

Now Jessica has facilitated healing sessions on over 80 different individuals in the past year alone. Each and every session leaves a lasting impact on those she works with.

Through one-on-one sessions, packages, workshops, and retreats, Jessica identifies the trapped emotions, experiences, imbalances, and fears that are confiscating your time and energy, so you can get back to clarity and living in alignment with your truest self.
