In this all-levels, three-week immersion we will delve into yoga practices that facilitate mindfulness, meditation, and wellness. Through classical hatha yoga practices infused with creative subtle body awareness principles, we will explore the dynamic relationship between ease and effort, seeking to let go of that which creates tension. This yoga course is intended to be accessible for all levels of practitioner and will provide appropriate challenges and adaptations for each participant, facilitating a positive and nurturing experience.
