Just because you have a little one in tow doesn’t mean that you have lost your passion for working out. Join me (Dr. Rachel), and other moms as we elevate our heart rates, re-engage our core strength, and increase our endurance, all while keeping our little ones close by. It’s the best of both worlds – be a kickass mom, and a mom getting her ass kicked in this five-week series.
Who Can Come All you ladies out there who want to get into better shape and don’t want to leave your little one behind. Little ones age 2-12 months (or, as long as you still feel comfortable wearing them for 75 minutes) are welcome.
Pregnant women who want a class taught by someone who knows how to modify for your current needs, and who want see what the future holds are also welcome to attend!
What to Bring Yourself, your little one, a water bottle, a comfortable front wearing carrier, and a sense of humor. We supply the needed equipment (weights, balls, bands, TRX…).

Instructor — Rachel Sterry
Dr. Rachel Sterry has been practicing as a physician with a focus in women’s health since 2009. Through these years she has maintained a strong connection to her background in nutrition, personal training, and yoga. After having a little one of her own in 2016, she has shifted her energy to focus specifically on pre and post natal care.
She has found that an essential part of her life as a new mom has been physical activities and community that are mom and baby friendly.
