Use your breath to move through this mindful vinyasa class inspired by simple mantras. Together, we will explore the practice of yogic chanting to guide a deeper connection inward. Join us as we learn together! All are welcome.

Instructor — Annie Kobliska-Becker

Annie is very passionate about yoga and the healing benefits of mindfulness-based practices. Her mother first gave her the gift of yoga, when she taught her to do sun salutations as a little girl. Annie is a Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher and offers deep bows of gratitude to her teachers on this path, including Janet Stone, Max Strom, Shana Celnicker-Chong, and her sister, Rosey Wyland. She holds certifications in hatha and vinyasa yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga for children, and youth and trauma-informed practices. Annie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and believes in practicing service and seva in all forms. She infuses messages of healing, releasing, and restoring the body and mind into all her classes.

Annie has had the honor of working with several yoga service organizations, including Street Yoga and The Art of Yoga Project, and she currently teaches yoga in schools. She is inspired by the ways in which yoga provides tangible and transferable skills that facilitate the development of greater health and well-being. Annie completed a 500-hour teacher training program with Janet Stone in 2013 and is dedicated to ongoing studentship, as it provides rich opportunities for growth and learning. Her newest teachers are two sweet little ones, Jack Ravi and Sol Kailash, who have taught her about the power of the breath, love, and gratitude. Annie aspires to live and teach with compassion and a great deal of heart.

 

Instructor — Ashley Fullman Sajadi

After too many years absorbed in a hyper-connected, fast-paced city and professional life, Ashley found her way onto the mat and never left. She is passionate about sharing the positive, healing role that yoga can play in your life through classes that replenish and transform with dynamic movement and breath.

Ashley graduated from the Sellwood Yoga Teacher Training program and is focusing on vinyasa and restorative yoga.
