In this series, we will explore yoga and mindfulness with children ages five through nine. Through the use of imaginative play, movement and breathing exercises we will work with children to develop a greater awareness of themselves and the world around them. Your child will experience the joys of yoga and mindfulness-based practices in a welcoming and safe environment. This fun filled class will help to teach calming and self-soothing techniques, relieve stress and anxiety, and build strength and flexibility, giving your kids positive tools for the rest of their lives
