Learn how kettlebells can be used to create an efficient workout for ultimate strength and conditioning, and to have fun!
We will review the fundamentals of kettlebells and kettlebell moves. We will be focusing on proper form and technique to maximize gains and minimize injury. We will show you how to combine kettlebells moves with body weight exercises for a powerful fat burning, muscle building routine. This efficient, high energy workout will introduce you to a great way to get fit, have fun and maximize your time.

As a Fitness Professional and cancer survivor I believe that exercise should not only be an enjoyable experience, it is necessary in order to realize a greater quality of life. Consistency is the key to success.
I teach proper form and technique to maximize time and energy in order to get fit, lose weight and gain muscle. I strive to motivate, empower and support my clients to create balance in all aspects of their life so they can successfully achieve their goals.
I truly enjoy all sports – biking, swimming, running, golf, tennis and hiking. I’ve been participating in triathlon for the past 28 years, winning several age group awards in sprint, Olympic and ½ Ironman distance events.
