Celebrate the New Year by igniting your intention and cultivating a sacred practice on and off the mat. This workshop will integrate guided meditation, breath work, chanting and vinyasa flow. Together, we will explore ways to build a home altar and everyone will be able to take a one home! Join Annie Kobliska-Becker and Ashley Fullman of Namah Collective in this heartfelt workshop. All are welcome.
Instructor — Annie Kobliska-Becker
Annie Kobliska Becker is very passionate about yoga and the healing benefits of yoga practice. She was passed on the gift of yoga by her mother, who taught her to do sun salutations as a little girl. Annie is a Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher and has completed trainings in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. She offers deep bows of gratitude to her teachers Max Strom and Janet Stone and to her sister, Rosey Wyland. Annie also holds certifications in teaching yoga to children, at-risk youth and has completed a Yoga Therapy Training through the Yoga Garden.
Annie believes in practicing service and seva in all forms and taught yoga in San Francisco through the Art of Yoga Project, a program that provides yoga to young women in juvenile hall. She holds a Masters degree in Social Work and infuses messages of healing, releasing and restoring the body and mind into all her classes. Annie teaches with kindness and a great deal of heart.

After too many years absorbed in a hyper-connected, fast-paced city and professional life, Ashley Fullman found her way onto the mat and never left. She is passionate about sharing the positive, healing role that yoga can play in your life through classes that replenish and transform with dynamic movement and breath.
Ashley graduated from the Sellwood Yoga Teacher Training program and is focusing on vinyasa and restorative yoga.
