An altar is a mirror of the heart, a reflection of the energies and attributes and love that you carry inside.

– Sean Johnson, Kirtan musician and yogi

Celebrate the New Year by igniting your intention and cultivating a sacred practice on and off the mat. This workshop will integrate guided meditation, breath work, chanting and vinyasa flow. Together, we will explore ways to build a home altar and everyone will be able to take a one home! Join Annie Kobliska-Becker and Ashley Fullman of Namah Collective in this heartfelt workshop. All are welcome.
