This workshop explores how to cultivate a healthy relationship with your emotions through the practice of yoga. Learn how emotions affect our brain and body and some simple tools to regulate your emotions on and off the mat. Leverage your emotions as powerful wisdom teachers of our healing and rejuvenation.
The series includes: movement, astrology, aromatherapy, meditation and an array of tools to support emotional wellbeing in daily life!
