Deep Dive Track: counts as 8.5 hours.
In this immersion we’ll cover anatomy basics – the bones, joints and muscles of your hips and thighs. Delving into hip flexion, extension and rotation, this workshop combines lecture and movement so that you can feel the different functions of these muscle groups as you learn about them. We’ll then apply this awareness to common yoga poses, enhancing your understanding of your practice. Part discussion and part practical experience, there will be ample time for questions.
