Align Fitness Bootcamp is our signature bootcamp series class: a well rounded mixture of strength conditioning and cardiovascular training to help you reach your fitness goals. Classes include a combination of exercises that will help you to get stronger and leaner while also working on balance, coordination, flexibility, and proper form. A variety of equipment is used including TRX Suspension Trainers, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises.
Allen Parco and Jordan Castellanos will lead you through energetic drills to sculpt your body and push you towards your personal fitness goals. Classes will begin with a functional warmup before beginning high intensity intervals in circuit form. Your body will be moving the entire class, keeping the heart rate elevated and maximizing caloric burn. You’ll get in great shape and have fun doing so!
Instructor — Jordan Castellanos
From the start of his journey in health, Jordan Castellanos has made it his goal to understand others’ needs. He has walked the walk and is the perfect guide for any fitness goal. His past accomplishments include taking on a marathon after a 60-pound weight loss goal was met, discovering Muay Thai and the positive effects of high-intensity interval training, and cultivating a life of balance with yoga and breath-centered movement. Jordan currently holds certifications from three nationally accredited associations, including Mixed Martial Arts conditioning and performance enhancement. He has seven years of experience working with groups and individuals, using kettle bells and TRX suspension training, and focuses on proper biomechanics of the body in all movements. He is also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through the guidance of Noah Mazé and Emma Warmington of Jivani Yoga in Thailand, where he studied yoga flow and therapeutics. He enjoys snowboarding for its fluidity of movement, yoga for its mind/body connection, and exploring Oregon’s beautiful outdoors.

Allen Parco’s passion for martial arts has strongly influenced his training philosophy. Participation in martial arts training improves mental and physical health through functional movement, balance training, mental focus, and positive thinking. He incorporates these elements when designing fitness programs for his clients.
