Tasha Roth is a lifelong yogini who began practicing Ashtanga yoga as a child with her yoga family in Port Townsend, Washington. She developed a deep love for the practice and its many gifts.
Over the years, her studies have expanded to include Ashtanga Vinyasa, Viniyoga, Iyengar Yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga, as well as meditation, and pranayama. Today, her primary interests focus on cultivating musculoskeletal mobility for all stages of life, and exploring the transformative power of breathwork. Her approach is gentle and welcoming for all levels.
She is certified in Vinyasa Yoga and Yin yoga and is an ongoing student of Leah Adams. Tasha has extensive studies in prenatal and postnatal yoga. She received her BA in Photography from Parsons the New School for Design in 2007. She is a practicing photographer and a mother, and she loves exploring the outdoors with her family.
