Sally’s an avid yoga practitioner and student turned teacher. She first came to yoga with a need to manage anxiety and found that it helped tremendously. Twenty-plus years later, she’s still learning and growing her connection to the philosophy and movement she loves.
A happy member of the Sellwood Yoga community since 2010, Sally completed her 200-hour teacher training here in 2018 and her 300-hour training in 2023. She delights in combining meditation and breath therapy techniques with yoga postures to create holistic class experiences that leave students refreshed and restored.
Fun fact: Sally is a crafts geek. One of her biggest joys is painting mandala rocks while listening to rock music—turned up to 10!
