Jennee Edwards

Instructor

Jennee is a certified yoga teacher and licensed clinical social worker in Oregon. She has practiced yoga for many years, starting with down dogs and forward folds with her mom after school. Yoga practice has been an important physical and energetic component to Jennee’s lifestyle, through various sports and physical activities, her social work practice, and life in general.

Jennee leads a trauma-informed, mindful, alignment-focused practice and has been known to infuse bits of yoga philosophy, meditation, and breath work into her yoga offerings. Her classes are often fun, curious, and heartfelt. Jennee studied with Michael Fong and Tristina Kennedy of Roots to Wings Yoga in Sacramento, CA, and has learned from many other wonderful teachers along the West Coast. She is dedicated to teaching trauma-informed, inclusive, and approachable hatha, vinyasa, yoga nidra, yin, and restorative practices. Jennee has worked with the Art of Yoga Project and continues to be committed to making yoga accessible to all communities.

You can find Jennee adventuring in the mountains, traveling, reading, spending time with her spouse and rambunctious black cats, and trying to pet all the dogs she meets around the neighborhood.
