Circuit training is an effective and versatile way to burn calories, build total body muscle and cardiovascular fitness. This circuit based training is designed to work major muscles, burn body fat, and enhance your well being. You will learn the proper form and technique to avoid injury and maximize results. Participants are encouraged to work at their own level and pace. 

We will combine body weight exercises with kettle bells, TRX and dumbbell exercises in a circuit style format to enhance balance and core stabilization while burning calories and getting fitter and stronger.

As a Fitness Professional and cancer survivor I believe that exercise should not only be an enjoyable experience, it is necessary in order to realize a greater quality of life. Consistency is the key to success.
I teach proper form and technique to maximize time and energy in order to get fit, lose weight and gain muscle. I strive to motivate, empower and support my clients to create balance in all aspects of their life so they can successfully achieve their goals.
I truly enjoy all sports – biking, swimming, running, golf, tennis and hiking. I’ve been participating in triathlon for the past 28 years, winning several age group awards in sprint, Olympic and ½ Ironman distance events.
