Kettlebells are an effective and versatile way to build total body muscle and cardiovascular fitness. They’re ideal for explosive exercises that work major muscles, burn body fat, and build power. A lighter Kettlebell lifted in rhythm for an extended period of time, such as three to five minutes, is a great cardiovascular workout.

You will learn the proper form and technique while using kettlebells to avoid injury and maximize results. We will combine body weight and kettlebell exercises in a circuit style format to enhance balance and core stabilization while while burning calories and getting fitter and stronger.

What is Kettlebell Training?

Kettlebell exercises are compound, whole body movements that help improve muscle tone, body composition, and strength. Additionally, kettlebells strengthen the tendons and ligaments, making the joints tougher and less-susceptible to injury, while helping you improve balance and stability for functional movement.

The kettlebell swing is the quintessential move and works the muscles in the hips, glutes, hamstrings, lats, abs, shoulders, pecs and grip. It’s a simple and fast way to incorporate a very athletic movement into a routine safely while burning a ton of calories. a recent study by the American Council on Exercise found that a kettlebell workout can burn up to 20 calories a minute—while you add definition to your shoulders, back, butt, core, and arms.
