Juice Broth Yoga Cleanse

Cleanse schedule:

Friday, June 23rd, 7:30-8:30pm: Group orientation with Liz Nolan of Portland Juice Co. + Restorative Yoga class with Claire Wilde (plus picking up your supplies – the juice and bone broth you’ll need for this 3-day cleanse)

Sunday June 25th, 4:00-5:00pm: Group closing and reflection + Restorative Yoga class with Rosey Wyland

Join us at Sellwood Yoga for this group cleanse featuring juices by Portland Juice Co. and bone broth from Salt, Fire and Time! Our two weekend Restorative Yoga classes are a great complement to the cleanse, which is designed to help you reap the combined benefits of both fresh, raw juice and slow-cooked bone broth. Adding bone broth to a juice cleanse offers similar nutrition in different forms. Both provide tons of concentrated micronutrients to your body without taxing your digestive system. The juice cools your system while the bone broth is gently warming. Together they create a balance that allows your body to focus on rest and restoration, and our Restorative Yoga classes will contribute to this detoxification, cellular regeneration, and healing.

Instructor — Claire Wilde

Claire Wilde found yoga after a spinal fusion surgery at age 12 left her feeling hopelessly disconnected from her body. Linking breath with movement, exploring her body’s abilities, and getting comfortable with its limitations allowed her to come back home to herself. She delights in holding space for other people’s explorations of their own unique body-minds, and her classes are relaxing, meditative, and deeply nourishing. Claire completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in March 2016 at Sellwood Yoga, and she completed her Kids Yoga Teacher Training with Annie Kobliska-Becker and Rosey Wyland in 2013. She is also a labor doula, and especially enjoys working with children, families, and people in any stage of the childbearing year. You can learn more at www.everywheredoula.com.
