Do you push yourself to the limit, fit in that one-more-thing before the next meeting, and arrive frazzled after everyone else is seated?

Whether it’s in parenting, career, intimacy, or menopause, too often your sense of self becomes distorted and almost unrecognizable. Isn’t it about time you reclaimed yourself?
In this class, you’ll gently observe yourself and your habits. You’ll discover simple and elegant ways to nurture yourself physically and nutritionally, strategies you had no idea would mean so much. Learn to listen to and nourish your body so you can meet the needs of your current life stage.
WomanPause is about you finding ease, embracing what it means to be balanced, and fully enjoying your life.
