The class is open to anyone. Prior mindfulness or meditation experience is not necessary. A monthly class added in response to the many requests that were received from previous Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Basics participants. We are now offering a monthly, drop-in class to further explore mindfulness concepts and deepen your practice. Each class is dedicated to a single MBSR concept, allowing for fuller exploration and a richer practice experience. Your topic suggestions are welcome!
