
Pam has lived in Sellwood for over 15 years, with her husband and their two daughters. In her words “I am a Fitness Trainer who believes that we all need a fitness regime that we can adhere to for a lifetime; because that is what we have, a lifetime to remain functional and happy. Years ago I taught aerobics classes and decided to turn fitness into a career decision. I graduated from the University of Oregon with a Fitness Management degree. I have since been a Personal Fitness Trainer and Exercise Instructor; teaching classes including Fit Camp Portland, Indoor Cycling, The Lift, X-Training and SeniorSneakers to name a few. Over the years I’ve enjoyed running a few marathons, the Hood to Coast(many times), and more recently, Dragon Boat races. I love hiking with my family as well as putting on a wetsuit occasionally and getting on a boogie board at the coast. My philosophy is that one should be fit enough to pursue any activity that one wishes; to be able to do it with confidence, and to have a little extra in the tank for insurance.”
