Teachers:

Yoga has become an anchor for me where I can breathe and move my way into center. It is a practice of becoming witness to the passing storms and shifting weather that happens on the surface of life. Change is the only constant, and yoga is what brings me a sense of steadiness in all areas of my life. Not only that, but I find great joy and enthusiasm in teaching asana and beyond, challenging the mind and body on a daily basis.
After nine years of practice and many influential teachers, I am excited to share this gift through teaching. Students are nurtured and challenged in class as we increase strength, flexibility, balance and breath awareness. Alignment will be illuminated as well as variations for deepening poses, so all levels are welcomed.
I trained at The Bhaktishop Yoga Center, where our Class of ’09 was infused with wisdom, brightness, and the mysterious curiosity about what it is to study the self while deepening a community. I look forward to participating as your teacher – developing a new community through our shared practice.
