Dianne McCammon

Dianne has been a student of yoga for over ten years and feels fortunate to be able to share her passion for the practice and subsequent benefits of yoga with others. Yoga improves posture and breathing while it helps the student restore and maintain flexibility. In addition yoga is a great tool for releasing stress and creating harmony with body, mind and soul.

With a focus on making yoga enjoyable to everyone, Dianne makes safety and comfort the highest priority. Students learn to modify their practice to meet their personal physical abilities. She feels strongly that yoga postures should fit the individual student rather than requiring a student to fit the posture.
Dianne is certified as a Registered Yoga Teacher by Ananda Yoga of Portland and the Yoga Alliance.
