I've been going pretty regularly since it opened. I love the variety of classes and the atmosphere. The instructors and the students are cheerful, friendly, and focused. I appreciate the instructor's willingness to work with physical limitations. They also give you plenty of helpful guidance on how to get the most out of the poses.
