What a great yoga studio. I’ve been going pretty regularly since it opened. I love the variety of classes and the atmosphere. The instructors and the students are cheerful, friendly, and focused. I appreciate the instructor’s willingness to work with physical limitations. They also give you plenty of helpful guidance on how to get the most out of the poses. The practice room itself is beautifully simple and open; huge windows look out on a simple garden.
