New to the Studio: Helpful Info

• We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before each class in order to get signed in and settled into the practice space.
• Our front desk staff and/or an instructor is on hand at the beginning of each class if you have any questions.
• Sign in at the front desk before each class. You can purchase a pass or pay for a drop in at the studio or do so online in advance. You can use cash, checks or credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
• Please talk to the instructor before the start of the class if you have any injuries or if you are new to yoga.
• Cell phones should be turned off before entering the studio.
• Please don’t bring food or drinks into the studio except for water. You can refill your water bottle at the studio. We also have small glass and ceramic cups that you can use.
• Bring your own yoga (not exercise) mat. If needed studio mats are available.
• Take your shoes off before entering the practice space. There is a place for you to store your shoes while you practice.
• Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing that you can move freely in.
• There is a room adjacent to the practice space for you to hang your coat, and store your belongings.
• There is a bathroom in the studio.
• Props (such as blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters) are available for your use.
• You may want to bring a hand towel for the FIT classes.
